If you had us take care of the Stemra request and it is clear which CD version you want, apart from the quotation, we will also put together a CD press agreement that will be signed by the CD Factory with us as the producer and you as the customer. This is a sort of contract whereby you and the CD Factory are obligated to make sure everything works out properly.

After we have the CD press agreement in our possession and the CD production is in process, you will receive an order confirmation from us with the delivery date of the CDs.

From the day that the required materials (lithofilms, premaster, Stemra permission) have been prepared and are at the CD Factory, it usually takes 7 – 14 working days before delivery. For extra orders it usually takes 4-5 working days before delivery.

Expect longer delivery times during the last three months of the year (October, November and December)
